1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
• Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds for returned products.
• Eligible returns will be issued as a credit note valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of issue.
• Credit notes can be redeemed on future purchases from Prodigious, subject to the applicable terms.
• Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Prepaid orders must be paid in full at checkout.
• COD orders are payable upon delivery, subject to service availability.
• Shipping or COD charges, where applicable, will be communicated at checkout.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping arrangements and any applicable charges will be communicated when your return request is approved.
• Customers must ensure that returned items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.
• Our team will review the issue and guide you through the resolution process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return, provided this is clearly communicated before purchase.
• Products that do not meet our return-condition requirements may be rejected.

7. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. General Terms

• Prodigious reserves the right to verify returned products before approving a return or issuing a credit note.
• All return requests are subject to verification and the applicable consumer protection laws.
